At Mehak Makhija, every piece is a work of art, custom-made with meticulous care and precision to meet your unique vision. Due to the bespoke nature of our creations, our policies are structured to reflect the significant investment of time, skill, and materials that goes into each order.
Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed and confirmed, it immediately enters our production schedule. Materials are allocated and our artisans begin their work. For this reason, we are unable to accept cancellations once an order has been confirmed.
Refund Policy
As every piece is custom-made specifically for you, we strictly adhere to a zero refund policy. All sales are final. We encourage you to be certain of your choices before placing an order and are happy to answer any questions you may have during the consultation process.
Quality Assurance
We stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our work. If your piece arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. We will assess the issue and, if a defect is confirmed, we will work with you to rectify it. This does not include damages from shipping or improper care.
